July 2022. Lake Madrone, Butte County.
We were fortunate to host the youth from several Northern California NALC churches, who got together for a service related mission trip. The young adults spent three days at Lake Madrone helping clean up fire debris from the 2020 North Complex Fire. Then one day in Paradise, helping the Our Savior Lutheran Church with some yard clean up. All week the youth, and adults, fought 100 degree heat. It is amazing the strength that God can give those who serve others.
